Due to the impact of the ongoing health pandemic, COVID-19, we have updated our processing and shipping times, but please note that additional delays may be caused by local regulations. BYMiTย continues to monitor the situation closely to adhere with all local guidelines as the safety of our team members and customers is our top priority. Order Confirmation
Once you have placed an order, we will confirm receipt of your order by sending a confirmation e-mail to the address provided at check-out. The order confirmation serves as an invoice and includes your Order Number along with all pertinent details. Please note that this is not an acceptance of your order, but a confirmation that it has been received only. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
Processing
Once your order has been placed and you have received a confirmation of your order, our team will receive your order for processing. Please note that due to the impact of the ongoing health pandemic, COVID-19, our current processing time is 1-5ย business days. Once your order has been processed andย itโs shipment has been confirmed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing tracking information.
Orders placed before 12PM may begin processing the same day. Orders placed after 12PM, on weekends, and/or on holidays, will begin processing upon the following business day.
Our Customer Experience team will reach out to the e-mail provided at checkout if the products you have selected are not currently available, if an address verification is required, and/or if any additional information is required for security verification purposes.
We typically deliver all items in a multiple product order together. However, your order may be subject to split shipment due to the available stock of your items and/or to allow us to process and deliver your order more efficiently. If your order has been shipped with a split shipment, you will receive all pertinent tracking information for the packages containing your order.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order, for any reason, up to the moment that is processed by our team. Once your order has been marked as completed and released for shipping, we are unable to cancel your order, but you may return your order for a refund once you have received it. Please reach out to our Customer team as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order.
Please note the shipping cost isย non refundable once the order is released for shipping.
Shipping ย
For orders placed within the UKย we are pleased to offer Royal Mail Tracked 48h service or DPD Standard Service depends on package weight, with an estimated shipping and delivery time of 2-3 business days.ย Orders containing subscriptions to any pet food or cat litterย products will automatically qualify for Royal Mail Tracked 24hย or DPD Next Working Dayย Service .
At BYMiTย we offer free shipping if your order total after discounts is above ยฃ59. There is no minimum or maximum number of products you can order to fulfill this condition, for example, if your order is simply a 12kg bag of our Naturea Grain Free Growth you will be eligible for free shipping although it is only one product.
Pre-order items will be shipped according to the shipping date provided on the pre-order product page. Please note that the delivery time can vary from 1-8 weeks.
If for any reason your order may not be delivered via Royal Mail or DPD, including orders shipped to P.O. Boxes, and UK territories, our team will select an alternate shipping courier based on availability. All orders are shipped with tracking numbers for the security of your order. You will receive a confirmation e-mail containing tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for your tracking number to begin reflecting updates.

International Ordersย
We currently offer shipping worldwide for all non pet food items. Due to the ongoing health pandemic, COVID-19, our estimated delivery time for international orders is 5-22 business days.
For all international orders, please send us your interested items with your address, telephone number to info@bymit.co.uk ,ย the shipping fee will be informedย throughย customer teamย in accordance with your package's required dimensions and weight. after agreed with the shipping quote, our customer team will send an order confirmation to collectย payment.ย Please note this shipping fee does not include any import taxes and/or customs duties.
By placing an order on our website, the customer acknowledges that they are placing an order for export from the UKย and accepts full responsibility of all related import taxes and/or customs duties fees. Upon shipping the order, BYMiTย will select a shipping courier who will also act as the customs broker for the import of the package, as well as the collection of any customs duties and/or import taxes that are due. These fees are not related or covered by BYMiT. Any fees due at import are regulated by the local government and local tax laws applicable within the country where the order has been placed and will be delivered. For additional information regarding import duties and customs fees, please contact your local customs office or tax agency.ย

Promo codes
Can I add a promo code after my order has been submitted? (I forgot to add my promo code)
Promo codes cannot be added to an order after it has been placed, or applied to a previous purchase. The promo or discount code must be entered in the discount box at checkout to receive the current promotion or discount before placing the order.ย
Can I combine promo codes on my order?ย
No, only one promo code can be used per order, and in some cases codes may only be redeemed once.ย
The promotion ended, can I still use my code?ย
All promo codes are available for a limited time and while supplies last. Expired codes are no longer valid and cannot be used.
