How do subscription shipments work?
We currently offer FREE Next Working Day Delivery for subscription orders above £29.
We ship pet food and cat litter on a recurring, but flexible basis to ensure you never run out of food/litter or have more than needed! When it comes to subscription, you're in control. you’ll have the ability to adjust deliveries at any time on our customer portal. We'll also send you a reminder email 3 days in advance of upcoming shipments, and a confirmation email with tracking information once an order processes – no surprises here.
*Please note: Since 1st Feb 2023, a delivery cost of £2.99 is added to any subscription order below £29.

How can I manage my subscription or cancel my account?
You can adjust your frequency, rush or delay a shipment, and modify shipping or billing information any time online. You may cancel your subscription by clicking manage subscription in the upcoming order email or by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org and following the instructions you receive.
