Refund policy

To provide you with an ease of mind while shopping this holiday season, we have extended our return policy regarding any order placed since Black Friday deals starts on 12pm, 27st November 2025. All requests for returns of holiday gifts must be submitted by January 31st, 2026*.

All items must be returned unworn, undamaged, unaltered, and unused, with their original brandedย tags attached and the original packaging included. All orders containing promotions must abide by the promotion's policies and requirements.ย 

The following items are not eligible to be returned/exchanged:

  • Grooming Items
  • Treats
  • Gift Cards
  • Consumed/Opened Food Products
  • Gift Sets
  • FINAL SALE items
  • BUY 3 GET 1 FREE items
  • Best Before Date marked items

Please note: Items that have been purchased as part of a FINAL SALE and/or that have been marked as BUY 3 GET 1 FREE not be returned or exchanged.

BYMiT reserves the right to reject any returned product that does not comply with the above stated return policy. Rejected items will be sent back to the original shipping address at the customerโ€™s expense. In order to avoid this, please reach out to our friendly Customer team to address any issues or concerns you have regarding the item(s) you wish to return.ย 

RETURNS - HOW TOย ย 

Please note, all returns will be accepted within 14 days after product receipt.

To initial a return, please follow this step-by-step guide to complete your request:

1. If your item is unsuitable/unwanted, send us the return request within 14 days after product receipt.

For any damages/missing items, BYMiT requires the following photos as the proof of evidenceย within 48 hours of receipt before we issue any refund/exchange request. Fail to do so may affect the approval for refund/exchange request.

a.The inner packaging showing how item(s) were wrapped within shipment

b.The outer packaging showing the tracking label on the package, including any crushed/damaged mark.

c.The damaged item(s) and how they were packaged inside the box

2. Carefully re-package the goods so they arrive in the same condition they were in when we sent them to you.

3. Affix your returns label and write your return address in the space provided to prevent the parcel being refused.

4. Ensure you cover up any previous delivery address labels or barcodes on the packaging to ensure it reaches us.

ย 5. Return the parcel to us using a signed-for service so you can obtain proof of delivery.

Please include a note within your package containing your Order Number and stating your desired Return to avoid any processing delays. ย

Please note that if your order was subject to a condition sale, promotion or free delivery offer and you choose to return part of it, we reserve the right to charge you for the discount you received on said sale, promotion or free delivery offer.

Once it has been delivered, please allow 10-14 business days so our team may process your return package. Once the returned items have been inspected and approved, BYMiT will issue a refund to the original payment method and a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you. Refunds are typically reflected within 5-10 business days of being issued. However, your financial institution may require additional time to process your refund.

Please remember you must return goods at your expense, and are liable for any loss or damage to the item you are returning whilst in transit, meaning you should take enough postal insurance to cover their value.

EXCHANGES - HOW TOย 

To initiate an exchange,ย pleaseย contact our Customer team to assist you with the exchangeย process.ย 

Please include a note within your package containing your Order Number and stating your desired Exchange to avoid any processing delays.

Once it has been delivered, please allowย 10-14 business days so our team may process your exchangeย package. Once the returned items have been inspected and approved, maxbone will fulfill the requested exchange and a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you. If your requested exchange is not available, our Customer team will communicate this via e-mail.

We offer complimentary exchanges within the UK. Please note that we are only able to offer one exchange per order. If you are experiencing sizing issues consistently, please contact our Customer team for assistance with a sizing recommendation.
